The Library catalog indicates that we have electronic access to a book but when I follow the link I get the message that the Library does not have access to it.

Patron has found an electronic title (ebook) in the online catalog, but when following the link, the publisher has discontinued access to the materials by AUM.

Answer

The book is a part of our Demand Driven Acquisition program. Publishers in that program frequently list their materials only for a limited period of time, then pull the materials from the collection.  Normally, when this happens, we recommend Interlibrary Loan (ILL) as the best way to get this material in a printed, physical form, but at present, ILL operations may be limited.

Due to the large number of libraries that are closed or operating with modifications, the AUM Library might be unable to fill requests for some physical items (particularly those needed quickly).  Please contact the Interlibrary Loan department (334-394-5213) with any questions.
