How is Interlibrary Loan (ILL) different from Universal Borrowing (UB)?

ILL items can come from libraries (both academic and public) located almost anywhere in the world. You will place requests through our ILL system

Universal Borrowing is much more limited.  Traditionally, it's meant borrowing *only* from other academic libraries (ALLIES)  within the state.  At present, its participants are AUM, Auburn, and Jacksonville State. You will make requests through our catalog
