Q. I'm off-campus and trying to access the databases but keep getting the message that it is unable to authenticate my password.
Answer
Enter your current MyAUM email and password - make sure you are entering your username without the @aum.edu part.
If you've recently changed your password, your browser is still probably using your *old* MyAUM password as the library login. Type in and save your new MyAUM password to access the Library.
Please note: only faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students can access the library's databases remotely.
