Q. My password isn't working.
Can you log-in to MyAUM? If not, you'll need to contact ITS at (334) 244-3500.
Your library login is the same as your MyAUM login: it's your AUM username plus the password you use to access your AUM e-mail account. If you are having trouble accessing the library's databases, make sure you aren't entering @aum.edu with your username.
If you've recently changed your MyAUM/e-mail password, that's likely to be the problem. (Your browser is still probably using your *old* MyAUM password as the library login.) Type in (and save) your new MyAUM password to access the Library.
Also, keep in mind that only currently enrolled students (as well as faculty/staff) can access the library's databases remotely.
